I ordered a GPU water block that got held up because the product was being revised. At first, I didn’t know about this delay, but when I asked, the responses came quickly. I had to change the delivery time since I wasn’t around, and it arrived exactly when I requested. Unfortunately, the item showed up with a bit of damage, probably from the packaging or delivery, but thankfully it was minor and didn’t affect its use. They offered me options, and the support I got was top-notch all the way through. My only gripe is that everything is handled via email; I’d rather chat on the phone, but at least there’s a record of everything.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, folks. It seems like they might be paying folks to post positive reviews! I waited two whole days for my delivery, and it still hasn’t shown up. Why on earth would I fork out 10 pounds for special delivery if I can’t even track it? Don’t give me those silly 10-digit numbers that don’t help at all! When I call, they just keep telling me it’s wrong! What a total waste of time!

The product is fine, but I was really let down by how it was sent. It arrived with no outer packaging, just a label slapped on the box and tape everywhere. Considering the season, it’s not ideal for a Christmas present. Plus, the box got a bit banged up during shipping.

The package showed up with everything I ordered, and all of it was sealed tight.

Prices are great and shipping costs are fair, but the delivery took its sweet time. Maybe that's due to the low shipping rates?

Awesome business, fantastic support. I've placed several orders, and the delivery has consistently been prompt, sometimes even ahead of schedule. Their prices are solid, frequently the lowest around. Super dependable. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic item, reasonably priced and delivered quickly and safely. Sadly, it didn’t fit my card, but I got a super nice refund. From what I noticed about the product, the quality was top-notch. I’d surely buy from this place again, and when I upgrade my graphics card next time, I’ll be checking to ensure it’s compatible with their water cooling options.

Man, their delivery is super slow. We've placed several orders with them, and it can take nearly a week for stuff to show up. They don’t even ship it out until a few days after they get the order. If you’ve got time to spare, it’s not a big deal, but for us running a business, getting the goods on time is crucial.

I generally enjoy getting my water-cooling components from this place. Mainly 'cause they’re the only ones offering decent prices and actually have stuff in stock. For me, it was a bit of a hassle to build.

This is an awesome store with a solid range of water-cooling components for those who love to build. They’ve got a good variety of EKWB items that can be delivered the next day at fair prices, plus their shipping is quick too.

Fast shipping like usual, you might spot the components for a tad less in other places, but it’s not often you find everything in one spot. Watercooling has a huge and varied inventory, so I hardly ever struggle to grab all the stuff I need from them. This way, I only pay for shipping once, which balances out the slight extra expense.
